Yeung Zhen Wei

Zhen Wei is Manager (Government Projects) at Chandler Systems, which is part of the Chandler Governance Group (CGG). In his current role, he works closely with government leaders to enhance government performance and promote effective and efficacious policymaking.

Prior to joining CGG, Zhen Wei established himself in policy development and strategic planning roles across the Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of Health, and Singapore Management University. Zhen Wei was involved in the implementation of operational policies, response strategies, staff development, and training at the Ministry of Manpower, before joining the Ministry of Health, where he was involved in the Healthier SG workstream and the development of long-term strategies that supported the Ministry’s healthcare operations. At Singapore Management University, Zhen Wei was involved in education governance, strategy, and academic policies for postgraduate professional programmes, and professional and continuing education.

Zhen Wei holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the Australian National University.
