Jerlene Si

Jerlene is Manager (Strategy and Partnerships) at the Chandler Governance Group (CGG). In this role, she supports CGG’s strategy development and external communications.

Before joining CGG, Jerlene gained experience in strategy and policy across the Singapore Civil Service. At the Ministry of Education (MOE), she contributed to the development of workforce policies and the design of job architecture frameworks to enhance organisational effectiveness. She later supported initiatives driven by the Smart Nation Group under the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI), where she worked with senior public sector leaders and digital transformation experts to shape Singapore’s digital government blueprint.

Jerlene holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in English from Nanyang Technological University, with a second major in Communication Studies.
