Benjamin Chin
Manager (Government Projects)

Benjamin Chin is Manager (Government Projects) at Chandler Systems, which is part of the Chandler Governance Group (CGG). In his role, he supports advisory engagements with governments and public sector stakeholders, contributing to the scoping, planning, and delivery of projects that strengthen governance systems and institutional performance. His work spans project management, government relations, and policy-oriented consultancy, including stakeholder engagement and the development of practical, implementation-focused solutions across diverse country contexts and operating environments.
Prior to joining CGG, Ben worked across several Singapore public sector institutions, including the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Defence, and the National Research Foundation under the Prime Minister’s Office, where he focused on international relations, policy research, and intergovernmental coordination. He also supported international partnerships and institutional engagement at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, where he coordinated joint seed funding programmes with overseas partners, involving project management and stakeholder alignment across institutions.
Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Highest Distinction) in Political Science from the National University of Singapore.
