Audrey Chan

Deputy Director (Strategy and Partnerships)

Audrey is Deputy Director (Strategy and Partnerships) at the Chandler Governance Group (CGG). In this role, she leads CGG's strategy function and works closely with the CEO on corporate planning, strategy development, partnerships, and external communications to drive CGG's growth and impact.

Before joining CGG, Audrey held various roles in the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE), focusing on policy formulation, implementation, and strategic stakeholder engagement. She also led several aspects of the review and development of Singapore’s national curriculum for multiple subjects, working across teams to drive complex, system-level initiatives.

In addition to her roles at MOE Headquarters, Audrey led instructional programme design and delivery as a Subject Head in a secondary school. She also gained experience in cross-sector and regional engagement by coordinating community development projects in partnership with local NGOs across Southeast Asia, including Myanmar and Cambodia.

Audrey holds a BA (First Class Honours) in English Language and Literature and an MA (Distinction) in English Literature and Culture from King’s College London, which she attended on an MOE Overseas Scholarship. She also holds a certificate in Business Strategy and Financial Performance from INSEAD.
