CGG Supports Leadership and Culture Transformation in Zambia’s Anti-Corruption Commission

LUSAKA (Zambia), 20 July 2024 – The Chandler Governance Group (CGG) recently concluded a leadership and organisational culture transformation workshop tailored for Zambia’s Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC). The workshop enabled the exchange of international good practices and practical knowledge. In turn, these support the ACC’s plans to strengthen organisational performance and culture.

The collaborative effort between the ACC and CGG resulted in a successful workshop aimed at bolstering the capability development of leaders and sharing international anti-corruption policies and tools.

CGG’s expert, Mrs Lloydette Bai-Marrow (left), and CGG’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr Wu Wei Neng (right), presented on emerging corruption risks and the corruption measurement tools available in the current landscape

Held over four days from 16 – 19 July 2024, the workshop focused on building capabilities and skills in public sector leadership, ethical decision-making, anti-corruption strategies and tools, case management, innovation creation and management, and communication. These sessions were facilitated by CGG’s expert Lloydette Bai-Marrow, CEO Wu Wei Neng, and Senior Consultant Patrick Mutimushi. With a total of 35 leaders from the ACC successfully completing the workshop, it marks a significant step forward in the Agency’s journey to build a robust leadership core and culture of integrity.
