CGG Completes Visit to Support Bhutan Anti-Corruption Commission’s Strategic Priorities
August 1, 2025

THIMPHU (Bhutan), 1 August 2025 – The Chandler Governance Group (CGG) has completed a successful scoping visit to Bhutan at the invitation of Bhutan's Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC). This visit marks the first step towards exploring potential areas of collaboration to strengthen Bhutan’s anti-corruption efforts, integrity systems, institutional resilience, and governance capabilities.
The visit is part of CGG’s broader mission to support governments in building effective public institutions and cultivating high-integrity leadership. The delegation from CGG was led by Mr. Wu Wei Neng, Chief Executive Officer of CGG, and included governance experts Professor Adam Graycar and Professor Soh Kee Hean, as well as Director of Chandler Systems, Mr. Nicholas Yee.
Over the course of the week-long mission, CGG engaged in in-depth consultations with the ACC and a wide range of Bhutan’s justice and governance institutions.

During the visit, the CGG delegation also had the honour of meeting His Excellency the Prime Minister of Bhutan, who reaffirmed the government’s unwavering commitment to good governance and zero tolerance for corruption.
Bhutan’s consistent performance in global integrity indices and its aspiration to achieve Developed Nation status by 2034 underscore the importance of embedding good governance across sectors.
These sessions provided CGG with a deeper understanding of Bhutan’s current anti-corruption architecture, institutional strengths, and emerging priorities.
We look forward to deepening our partnership and supporting Bhutan’s continued journey of national transformation.
