HANOI (Vietnam), 16 January 2020 — The Chandler Governance Group (CGG) met with Vietnam's National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) on 16 January 2020 to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between both organisations. The MOU builds upon previous meetings between both organisations in August and September 2019, and aims to enhance civil service training quality and leadership development in Vietnam.

NAPA President Dr. Dang Xuan Hoan said
“I strongly believe that the MOU with CGG will provide the platform to strengthen NAPA’s capacity in training and research, the skills of the NAPA faculty, and the leadership and management skills of Vietnamese senior officials.”
